- A quote describes the agreed scope, timeline and cost. Work outside that scope is quoted separately.

- Timelines depend on receiving content, feedback and approvals from you on time.
- Third-party costs such as domains, hosting, paid plugins, app store accounts, payment gateway fees and API usage are billed by those providers and paid by the client unless agreed otherwise.
4. Ownership
After full payment, you own the website or software built specifically for your project, along with your content, domain and data, unless your agreement says otherwise. We may reuse our general tools, components and know-how in other projects. We may show your project in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Projects often use third-party services such as hosting, databases, email, maps, payment gateways or AI APIs. Their availability, pricing and terms are set by those providers.
6. Search rankings and results
We follow recognised SEO practices, but no one can guarantee a specific Google ranking, traffic level or sales result, because search engines and markets are outside our control.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Our liability for a project is limited as set out in that project’s agreement.
