This Privacy Policy explains how SAANS Technologies (“SAANS”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares and protects information when you use the SAANS Hub app at saansworker.saanstechnologies.com (the “Service”). SAANS Hub is a dashboard for website monitoring, SEO reports, Google Analytics reports, Google Business Profile reports, social media reports and publishing, advertising reports and project work with SAANS. For visits to this website, see our general Privacy Policy.
By using the Service you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable laws of India.
1. Who we are
SAANS Technologies, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. Email: admin@saanstechnologies.com. We are responsible for the personal data processed through the Service.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you give us
- Account details: name, email address, phone number, business or company name, and your password (stored only as a secure one-way hash).
- Website details: the website addresses you add for monitoring and reports.
- Requests and messages: requests, comments, approvals and files you send to our team in the Service.
- Posts you create: text, photos and videos you write or upload to publish on your social media accounts.
- Billing details: plan, billing name, address and GST number if you give one. Payments are handled by Razorpay; we do not see or store your full card, UPI or bank details.
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Log data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, date and time, used for security, fraud prevention and fixing problems.
- Cookies: one essential session cookie keeps you signed in. SAANS Hub does not use advertising cookies.
- Website checks: when you add a website, our system visits its public pages to check uptime, speed, security certificate and SEO. This reads only publicly available pages.
2.3 Information from Google (only when you connect your Google account)
When you choose “Connect Google”, you decide which permissions to grant on Google’s screen. Depending on what you allow, we access:
| Google service | What we access | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Google Search Console (read-only) | Your properties, search performance (clicks, impressions, click rate, position, queries, pages, countries, devices), sitemap status and URL indexing status | To show your Google Search report |
| Google Analytics (read-only) | Your GA4 properties and report data (visitors, sessions, page views, traffic sources, pages, locations, devices, key events, live visitors) | To show your Visitors report |
| Google Business Profile | Your business listings, performance (views on Search and Maps, calls, website clicks, direction requests, messages, bookings) and reviews with replies. We post a reply to a review only when you or our team click “Post reply” | To show your Google Business report and let you reply to reviews |
| Google Ads | Ad accounts you link to us and their performance (spend, clicks, impressions, calls, conversions, campaigns) | To show your advertising report |
| Basic profile | Your Google email address | To show which Google account is connected |
We store an encrypted access token so reports can update daily. You can disconnect at any time (see section 8).
2.4 Information from Meta (only when you connect Facebook, Instagram or Threads)
Depending on the permissions you grant on Meta’s screen, we access your Facebook Pages, Instagram professional account, Threads profile and Meta ad accounts, including posts, insights (followers, reach, views, engagement), comments and ad performance. We publish a post, schedule a post or start a boosted ad only when you ask us to, by clicking the button in SAANS Hub and confirming. Advertising charges are made by Meta to the payment method in your own Meta ad account.
2.5 WhatsApp messages
If you message our business WhatsApp number, our team receives your messages in SAANS Hub to answer you and to create work items. We do not read your personal WhatsApp chats.
